Implantology

Implantology is the specialism of dentistry dedicated to dental implants. A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is inserted into the jawbone to replace missing teeth.

Under the umbrella of implantology there are a range of treatments that may be required first before a dental implant can be fitted, these include; sinus lift, bone graft or summers lift.
