A standard referral letter, medical history form and IV sedation information and consent forms are available. You can forward these securely by post or email.

What facilities do you have for medical professionals to use?
South Down Dental Clinic has broad range of modern facilities for use by medical professionals. These include private consulting rooms, treatment rooms, a central decontamination room, and a large, luxurious waiting room for patients. Administative and nursing support is available from our highly experienced staff. Newly developed teaching facilities are also available on site, boasting an intgerated theatre video link, PCs and a HD projector to cater to your teaching needs.
